Services Offered
We provide high-quality design talent and creative outsourcing services specifically tailored to meet your unique needs. Our dedicated team is committed to connecting you with top-tier professionals in the field of graphic design.
Talent Service Scope
By hiring a design talent from us, you may request the following services from your designated designer:
– Logo Design: Crafting unique and memorable logos that represent your brand identity.
– Branding: Developing cohesive branding strategies, including color palettes, typography, and visual assets.
– Marketing Materials: Designing brochures, flyers, business cards, and other promotional materials.
– Social Media Graphics: Creating eye-catching visuals tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
– General Creative: Performing image enhancement, creating illustrations, and background removal.
Talent Service Limitation
Please note that video editing, website design, and development are not included in our talent’s service offerings. Our talent primarily specializes in graphic design and branding. If you require these additional services, we recommend seeking dedicated professionals who specialize in those areas.
Fees and Payment
To activate a design talent from our agency, clients are required to purchase a package in advance. We operate under a “pay first, then service” model.
Electronic Payment
All payments must be made through our e-commerce platform. If the client wishes to use a different payment method, please contact us at cs@dezynspace.com.
Refund Policy
Clients may request a refund at any time, provided the package remains active. Only unused days will be eligible for a refund; the full amount of the package will not be refunded. The estimated refund processing period is 7 to 10 business days.
Usage of Design Materials
We reserve the right to use any designs created for clients for promotional purposes, provided that the design has been submitted to the client for at least 60 days. This includes showcasing completed projects in our portfolio, on our website, and across various marketing channels. We will present materials in a manner that respects the client’s brand and confidentiality. If you have any concerns regarding this usage, please feel free to discuss them with us.
Designer Absence
If the talent is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the day of absence will be converted into a “day token,” which the client may utilize within one year from the date of issuance.
Client No-Show
If the client fails to attend, does not assign any tasks, or is unable to utilize the active days within the package, those days will nonetheless be deemed as used. This policy ensures effective management of our resources.
Change of Schedule
Any changes to the schedule or modifications in the usage of the package will incur a fee of $100 per request.
Request for Change of Talent
If the client is not satisfied with the assigned talent, they may request a change of talent up to two times, provided each request is made at least five days apart. The new assignment will take effect within 72 hours of the request.
Request for Additional Talent
If the client intends to add additional talent, a new package must be activated, as we do not allow multiple talents under a single package.
Late Payment
We operate strictly on a “pay first, then service” basis. Should the client wish to activate the talent before payment is received, they must agree to an additional fee equivalent to 50% of the original package, billed as an “Early Start, Late Payment” invoice.
Art File Ownership
Upon full payment for services rendered, the client will retain ownership of the final design files. However, we reserve the right to retain copies of all work created for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are encouraged to safeguard their design files, as we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to files after delivery.
Storage and Safekeeping of Design Files
The responsibility for the storage and protection of design files rests solely with the client. It is essential for the client to ensure that all design files are securely kept and backed up, as we will not be liable for any loss or damage once the files have been delivered. Furthermore, our system automatically deletes files after 30 days; thus, it is imperative for the client to back up their design files within this timeframe.
Main Channel of Communication
Slack is our primary communication platform, and we exclusively use the free version. Our operations are governed by Slack’s terms of service. We do not permit our talents to deliver services using other communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom, or similar platforms. All communication and service delivery must occur exclusively through Slack.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the Services in question.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
