What services do you offer?

We provide high-quality design talent and creative outsourcing services tailored to your unique needs, including graphic design, logo design, branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, and general creative tasks.

What is included in the scope of services?

You may request various services, such as logo creation, branding strategies, marketing materials, and social media graphics from your designated designer.

Are there any services you do not provide?

Yes, video editing, website design, and development are not included in our talent’s offerings. We recommend seeking specialized professionals for those services.

How do I activate a design talent?

To activate a design talent, you must purchase a package in advance. We operate on a "pay first, then service" model.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments must be made through our e-commerce platform. For alternative payment methods, please contact us at cs@dezynspace.com.

What happens in case of late payment?

We require payment before services are rendered. If you wish to activate the talent before payment, an additional fee of 50% of the package will apply.

Who owns the design files?

Once full payment is made, you retain ownership of the final design files, while we may keep copies for promotional purposes.

Who is responsible for file storage?

You are responsible for storing and safeguarding your design files. We are not liable for any loss after delivery.

What happens if the designer is absent?

If the designer is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the absence will convert into a "day token" that you can use within one year.

What if I don’t utilize the active days in my package?

If you fail to attend or assign tasks, those days will still be considered used.

Are there fees for changing the schedule?

Yes, any schedule changes or modifications will incur a fee of $100 per request.

Can I change my assigned designer?

If you're not satisfied with your designer, you may request a change up to two times, with requests spaced at least five days apart.

How can I add more talent?

To add additional talent, you will need to activate a new package, as multiple talents cannot be included under a single package.

What is your main communication channel?

We use Slack as our primary communication platform and do not allow the use of other communication tools for service delivery.
